I'm not necessarily saying it is a bad charger , but rather the charger didn't work with that batery (that time)

It should be fairly easy to make sure the batery is actually charged, right? May can simply read what's on the screen during/after the charge. Other's may have to verify the charge x time = capacity delivered. Others can verify by pack temp at end of charge.
