I have not had mine in the air - the weather here has been so dry that the field where I fly is too cracked to be used for a landing with a plane that has retracts. I used the Evolution nitro engines - they come from the factory broken in and tuned. I did have to disassemble them to fit the cowls so, I had to retune them when I got ready to fly. To date I have not had an engine out on the 421 but, I did see a video on the internet of a Nitro models 421 that had an engine out on takeoff - not pretty!!!

By the way, where are the pictures of you build???
