Most of my crashes were my own fault, for either pushing my own envelope or bad judgment or just losing orientation at a bad time. A few times I'm pretty sure it was radio interference. Once was definitely mechanically induced - the horizontal stabilizer of my 70" Revolver exploded when pulling out of a steep dive. Though that may have been induced by the elevator pulling out, which might have been some poorly glued paper hinges.
