Finished up the jig for the top right wing. The pics (in order) show the the first station set up to include the dihedral and the 3 end braces; placing the spacers between stations 1 & 2 then checking the second station to make sure it is plumb and perpendicular to the leading edge. The 6th pic shows placement of the spacers between stations 2 & 3. After checking station 3 to make sure it is plumb and perpendicular to the leading edge it was locked down with CA. Repeating the procedure for the remaining stations makes a straight and true wing assembly jig. From the looks of the last pic I need to take some time to do some housekeeping?
