Untill you get the engine broke in real good....try a low pitch prop & use a tad higher (faster) idle when you land. Let us know if that helps. Together we, with the help of others will cure that....I hope! Capt,n
well i'm using a 18x8 Ma prop.. I have a 19x6 xoar wooden prop but its for after break-in i heard..
Prob with using higher idle to land is that when i turn around it comes back like a bullet and i have to kill the engine.. since my flying field has an asphalt runway.
The guys int he field told me to raise the idle a bit higher that maybe i have an idle too low.. sinc eyou really can see the prop barely stop and turn back on.. Could that be it?
