RE: AMA District X Special Election
With a little tweaking and care, the AMA program would help. With only 13 people of which only 3 seem to be in district 10, I can see how the program is not as wide spread as it could be.
There are so many different ways to try to recruit new pilots. This is only one asset that could be used.
