Mt hat is off to you sir for you accurately described the real problem. Installation does not have to be difficult and weight need not be added. The side carb version works just fine if you know what you are doing.

As for three different carbs for the engine, there are actually about 6 that can be easily used on the 30. So any of the three answers provided are prolly correct
