guess I answered my own question today. flew the stryker with the spectrum ar6110. Distance was well past where I wanted to be. Havent tried hovering the extra yet but it feels like it has the power to do it. goes where you point it besides the little bit of climbing it does at WOT. Not enough to really worry about and can be trimmed according to the way you fly. You'll love either the 26xp or the extra. depending on how much space you have. You will def get more flight time with the 26xp. I cant keep the batteries charged I fly it so much right out my front door.
