Barry,

I didnt know you could actually use diesel...  and i am wary of using other than whats recommended in the manual as it may void the warranty? 

Also diesel is messy vs. kero and JA1.  being that kero and jet a-1 are very similar in properties, i thought Kero would be cheaper to use for flushing fuel tanks and fuel systems with kero, do the initial fuel pump run in and the initial test runs on kero before i moved to A1. 

Also,  i sort of read that you can use synthetic motorcycle 2T oil now instead of Turbine oil?  I have some BP turbine oil here but if i can run synthetic 2T oil thats alot easier to find as well.
