So will clockwork-werks-b5-21 + 053 dynamite pipe gonna be YAHOOOOO......? - Also what setting is the best for the manifold, long or short?

MY clocked B5 on the Werk's 2057 is the hot setup..... Awesome performance and a very throaty raspy exhaust note.... easy tuning and very good on fuel........

I also have the Mugen Ninja JX engines as well....
