philipmorris thanks for the info.  I believe the videos and owners testaments of how this thing flies has convinced me to make the purchase tomorrow morning. 

Now, there are too many negative reviews of the AR500 to convince me to buy the BNF version unless someone can tell me otherwise.  I have a spare AR6100e.  Does anyone have any reason why this would not be a good receiver?  Would I be smarter to purchase a AR6200? 

Sorry, I'm a bit new to this wonderful expensive world of RC and I am still trying to grasp the difference between these Spektrum recievers.
