Hi Chuck,
I'm not a great pilot, I can fly four orientations while right-side up and can hover inverted on the sim only in one orientation.

I'd try this to slow the heli down further (mucking around with the other settings from my post a long time ago with the dozen or so adjustments might just be asking for trouble or at least a few hours of work)

Method 1:
Adjust the Sim Rate Multiplier. Open the program, click on the options button, click on the physics button and click on the field that is indicated by the Sim Rate Multiplier and change this to anything less than 1.00. Now on my computer this field doesn't work exactly as it should, but you'll likely get one of these settings, so try it
