Curious if you attempted to land in grass ? Mine hit hard to dislodge, all my error. Corkscewing on up elevator isn't right at all, perhaps a seasoned flyer can check this out for you. Only obvious thing I could tell you to check is the transmitter, on the ground move up and down the elevator and see if you get any aileron movement, also the way your moving the controls might do this. Not saying this is your problem, but something to watch. I fly mine stock setup is defintely not nose heavy but handles to my liking todate, touch of weight there might help in your flying.
