RE: Official Parkzone Extra 300 thread
I flew mine several times tonight and could not be more pleased. It flew really great. I had no problem taking off from grass and landings were smooth and easy too. Fortunately, someone else in my club bought one and flew it earlier in the week. I changed the low rate to to about 50% and used 50% expo. Without doing that, it may be too wild to fly at first. The pulling power of this plane is unbelieveable. I flew at half throttle most of the time.
The other plane I mentioned ripped its landing gear out. Scott epoxied it back in, took off the wheel pants and put on lightweight 2 inch wheels. I am sure mine will rip out sooner or later but flew great tonight, along with my ParkZone ME109 and 18" Piper Cub
