Barry,
Thanks for your asisstance with the procedure of swapping out a new pump as I was having trouble with the pump that came with the turbine. I took the original pump apart at the field in order to get it to operate. But when I tightened the bolts to the motor housing the pump/gears would not turn. So by leaving the screws a little loose the pump would operate. I could'nt see any debris holding up the gears. The pump then developed a new problem. It would hunt for the idle rpm and spit and sputter with the smoke out the tail pipe when going to full throttle. The new pump fix that and the turbine is happy again.
I contacted Barry because Todd at dreamworks where I bought the turbine would have been closed at 6:30-7:00 P.M. on a Friday. Barry was great and instrumental in getting my turbine up and running smooth again.
I want to thank Todd as well for sending me the new pump with a quick turn around. Without these guys Kingtech here in the states would be hard pressed to sell or service their products.
