CUSTOMER SERVICE +++++++AAAA

I would like to share my K-80 turbine service experience with all of you.Few months back I had a problem with one of my K-80's.I did lots of testing and ran some dirty fuel through the turbine and it would not run right after that.I sent it back to the factory thinking I plugged the injectors or something else. They tested it and found that the ECU may have been damaged by my running the prime function for extended periods breaking in the pumps which were causing over load errors in the ECU.They found the injectors clean and everything inside was great so they are replacing the ECU free of charge.I was very happy that they are doing this also very surprised that they found the injectors clean!
My second K-80 sucked a bunch of dirt through the motor when I landed hard in a dirt field.The RPM sensor was screwed up and the turbine needed to be sent back for an inspection,cleaning, and given a clean bill of health from the factory.I was prepared for large service bill for cleaning this turbine.I got word yesterday from Barry of Kingtech USA that the turbine was in fact dirty inside and need to be cleaned and rebalanced.He also told me that they would be doing this free of charge to show me their appreciation since I bought 2 turbines from Kingtech.
So all I can say is wow and thank-you Chuang and Barry ++++AAA for customer Service.
