Hi Spina,

I also have an Optic 6 so I'll try to help out. the fact that your rudder and aileron is mixed up is because the servos are plugged into the wrong slots in the reciever. AFAIK,
Channel 1=Aileron
Channel 2=elevator
channel 3=throttle
channel 4=rudder
channel 5=gear/aux
channel 6=flaps

Of course this all depends on which mode you fly. However, your monual should have everything you need to set up flaps. You will need a Y-lead for your flaps and a reversing Y for your Ailerons.
