Time to be honest
The closest I have come to doing this was when my wife had minor surgery that was going to keep her home and in bed for 4 days. I took the 4 days and on day 1 did my duties with the wife at the surgery and all. On days 2-4, I set up a intercom system in the house that when she needed me all she had to do was call me in from the shop. I got 3 full days of building done while she slept and recovered.
Only problem was, every time she called for me (which was not really that often) I was covered in balsa dust!
