Time to be honest
I am pretty fortunate. My schedule depends on workload, so if there is no workload, I am free. I also schedule my jobs and being a manager helps me use others to perform the work. I bring the work in, they perform it, everyone is paid and my boss is very pleased. Of course, our HQ is 1500 miles away and this helps tremendously.
