Spina,
If you have to have rudder on the right stick and aileron on the left stick just switch the plugs to the channel you want it to function on. Plug the aileron "Y" into channel #4 and plug the rudder servo into channel #1. Since you are not using any mixes everything will work the way you want. Aielron left stick rudder right stick.
