I have a question that I hope some may be able to help me with. I'm interested in getting into R/C, especially with the Park Flyers. My question(s) are the following:

Rather than buying an RTF version, I'm interested in purchasing an ARF kit that comes with motor etc. I have acquired a lot of R/C equipment from a neighbor who recently passed away, and would like to know if it could be utilized with an ARF version? The radio is a JR XP783, and I have 4 normal and 2 micro servos. If this would work with an ARF version model, would I only need to get an ESC, and Battery? Would any ESC work with a JR radio? Does the ESC have to match the channel of the transmitter? Please help as I'm not sure how this all comes together.

The model I'm thinking of is either a Cub, or something like the Cessna 180 (EP180) that Kyosho makes.

One last question is that do ESC's change depending on motor size?
