I have owned 4 jet central turbines. From where I live, it takes about 5 days to get the turbine to Eric. He then ships turbines to factory (if that is what is needed). After Eric gets the turbine, I usually have the turbine back on my door step within a week after Eric recieves turbine maybe at most 1.5 weeks.

You living in Fl, I would imagine your turbine would take 1 day to get to Eric, then about a week to get back to you if he has to send it off.

Service is very fast.

As for the EVO and Jet Cat, can't help you there as I have 0 exp. with their service.

Keep in mind that Jet Central will let you replace some componets on the turbine without sending them back, so if something was to fail like the starter the part is sent to you.
