Thanks. I have a replacement part that came all together but you have to lockout the motor from turning somehow to turn off the nut holding the peice to the drive shaft. I hadn't figured that out yet but got tired of seeing the dust thicken on the canopy so I used a friends Sullivan Megatron starter to turn it without the recoil starter attached. it worked so I will just start it now with the megatron. I would love to start it by remote like the Vario as you stated. Maybe someday if I need a new motor. Thanks for the input.
