the thread was simply to see how other pilots were using the smaller gas engines in their 25 percent sized planes.I agree my statement about 30 cc engines is just an opinion .and am always the first to be critical of generalizations .ugh..but at the same time there seems to be more gas engines available not only in the 50 cc but 30cc and even 20 cc range.a better generalization would have been to simply say theres a alot of new new planes and motors in the 50 cc and under range .I like the ease of transporting them and they can fly readily at most fields and I certainly dislike the cost of nitro fuel and aftermath of cleaning.

but I never made this an endoresement for a certain 300cc engine.was just curious about what others were doing.
