I've seen people lay CF sheet on the inside of the polycarb with a real think layer of resin. If you get it pressed in right and squeegue (how do you spell that?) all the bubbles and wrinkles it comes out looking very nice. The edges are a bit trickier however, I've never really seen someone pull if off where you couldn't see some ugly in the edge when you came and looked up close.
