Well Eraysa, hope in the end you are done right and satisfied. However, and I think you will agree that is prob. not going to happen.

Inboundlz, you may have had good luck with Arno and all which is great. I am sure others have had exellent support and service if need be from EVO and the group. However, instead of getting on here and defending EVO and Arno...why don't you use your persistance in helping this guy out and talking with Arno and have EVO treat this guy right.

You know if this was your turbine, with the same exact circumstance that you would expect no less. This guy is not asking for replacement on his jet. He is asking for what he paid for...a brand new turbine that runs.
