Turn the tire inside out. Unroll about a foot and a half of duct-tape, and lay it on the table (sticky-side up). Take the tire (inside out), and roll it on the duct-tape... Then flip the tire right-side out, and reach inside the tire with your fingers and smooth it out the best you can. Add the foam and mount.
