I'm not sure what your problem is, sounds like its working right? When you select elevon it mixes the aileron and elevator inputs and sends it to the 2 elevon on the trailing edge of the wing. So if you take the control stick full right and nose up(back), the right elevon should be up and the left should be near the neutral position. If you just pull back, nose up, with the stick in the neutral position both elevons should go up. Make sure you have the left elevon pluged into the aileron port on your rx, and the right should be pluged into the elevator port. Hope this helps.
