David, thats a controlaire reed system transmitter yours looks to be a 10 channel, it took 2 channels per function 1 for left and 1 for right rudder, elevator ect..... I had one of them in 1966 I think, before I graduated high school the receiver had to be tuned it held the reeds,got mine with a goldberg Falcon, and a K&B 45 greenhead all for $35.00 used!!!!! thats what I learn to fly on.
