Is anyone finding the propshaft on the Q80 too short?

When I have the spinner backplate, APC prop and the supplied prop washer fitted I can only get the prop nut on and there is no chance of getting the locknut/ spinner attactchment fitted.
It looks like I will need to use a thinner prop washer but even this will only let the locknut on a couple of threads.

Has anyone else found this?
