reo, for now, before our full service workshop is set up here in California, all electrical/electronic related repairs, inside front cover are done here in California, anything core related will have to be sent back to Taiwan as KingTech has a strict standard on how it is balanced and put together. It usually takes about 3 to 4 days for EMS to arrive each way and another 2 to 4 working days in the factory for any repair or maintenance.
