Hey riddler ,I build subdivsions ,put streets in and retention ponds here in IL. It is a great day when i have a 1000 ft by 40ft of brand new black top to fly off of. Then i can bring out a sea plane and fly in the pond too. I try to put street lights in last not to mess up my brand new flying site with poles in the way. lol I put in a first faze and they start building homes but the second faze stays home owner free for a while. With the housing market lately a long while . joe
