I can easily move the tank back on my Venus II, (I know, wrong forum), (I would have a Focus Sport if they were still available). I can't easily center it over the CG. I can have some of the aft part over the CG and the rest a bit forward. I am sure that this will be a far better location than butted up to the firewall.
