I've been really pleased with the Harbor Frieght 1/4" drive torque wrench.... I'm sure it's not accurate either, but like you said, much closer for our application than the alternative methods commonly used. Pat, I've never seen first hand, a prop like the one you posted. I'm glad I haven't.
