Aren't all the new sequences tied to the rules proposal to take all AMA sequences out of the rule book and turn over responsibility to NSRCA? As I read the proposals there is no back up rule proposal to introduce new sequences in 2011 if the rule book change is not passed by the CB. If not passed, then we'd have to fly the current schedules for two more years. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this.
