Just took another look at what was intended. Year X is actually when the sequences would have to be submitted as part of the rule book proposal process.
These schedules were actually put together in 2009. Year X this time around was 2010 based on what is currently written. Assuming the schedules are going to be removed from the rule book we can probably adjust the timeframe. At least now we can have 6 months or more under our belts to evaluate current sequences before we start putting together new ones if we want. One advantage of taking the sequences out of the book. Will need to make it clearer what Year X is.


I'm glad some people are actually reading this document. Please let me know anything that seems out of line or unclear so we can clean it up.
