The contest board is well aware of the procedures. Afterall, most are active NSRCA members. The procedures have been posted for some time on the NSRCA site. I also forwarded a more recent update to John Fuqua and the NSRCA version was updated. The document is pretty much done. There might be a thing or two that changes, but nothing major. The intent is to make the document a living document. Everytime time we look to change the sequences, the procedures must be reviewed to ensure that it is in synch with the current state of the event.

The sequence development timeline for the future needs to be discussed some more.
