On both the test stand and the plane I am using a piece of thick neoprene rubber sandwiched between two washers to act as a damper. I never realized how much these little engines can vibrate, expecially at idle. If this doesn't work out I may look into the commercially available isolators. I just prefer making something to buying it. Call me cheap Lol.
