Here is where I think a new approach to elecctric comes in. You could run an 8S setup, lighter airplane but you still have a draggy profile. this lends itself to a not widebody setup but still maintain a tall fuse for rolling. Less drag, less need to pull it, less power consumption.. So we should fly skinny blimps hahaha

But seriously, I think there is potential with the right airframe.
