I want to detune a K-80E to around 13 pounds thrust. What should the max rpm be set to? I was quessing about 120k. Does that sound about right?

Hey Mark,

You'll find that reducing the K80E max rpm down to ~126k will have you sorted, (~86%), this will give you just a tad over 13lb at sea level and ~20c ambient. Marty may be able to offer some more info also, he's very knowledgeable with the K80E.
