RE: SIG Manufacturing Tour
I feel that sig does not care about their customers at all... i have had a kit on order since before christmas last year and i have not got a call, letter or an email from sig. I have called at least 9 times and finally gave up. i have asked if they can sell me a kit at cost of another model to hold me over till the bipe is available and nothing. This will probably be my last sig kit. I have been a customer of theirs for over 25 years and feel bad about it, because they do produce a good kit and normally do a great job with the products they produce, but the customer service is terrible. This is the first kit i ordered from them that was not on the shelf.
