Yes But Oli, they are selling world wide and advertising hugely, and therefore they need to be able to service customers.
Yes there is a financial tradeoff BUT without support, they will rapidly lose the customer base thay have.

Also having upgrade and not having the hardware, such as the USB hardware available is absolutely ridiculous.

ALL I need is to be able to find out how to reset my very expensive 12-22r so that it will bind to my TX again.
Then I can finish setting up the Viperjet, but without a receiver I am stuffed........
