I realize that this is not life and death... but damn... if i did this to one of my customers they would NEVER come back. and who the hell are you... if you are so great why don't you call em and have em ship the kits that are over 7 months behind for shipping. all i am asking is for a phone call saying that there is a problem with what ever and that we are having problems... what ever, ANY RESPONSE IS A GOOD RESPONSE OVER NOTHING.
