Hey gary... if you think that is bad, see how you would like it if you ordered your kid a present for christmas and was told that it would be there 2 days before... and here we are 9 months later and still nothing. had to put a receipt under the tree. I wish everyone that i dealt with at work was as understanding as you are, we would never have to give something away due to parts not arriving on time or the manufacturer sending out the engineers to figure out a problem at the dealership.
