I'd be willing to bet that it's the arms, the reason I say that is I was hvubg problems with my spark last year and kept swapping out servos in the tail and never got it figured out until this spring when I went back to a futaba horn which made things much tighter. With that said it also could have been a bad set of servos as this could happen, hopefully not but very possible.
