Dan, They are just cheep ones that I got form a hardware chain down here called Bunnings. They are their own brand and only $19 on sale.
It is stable as long as you don't use to much power, I just hold it with my foot on the lower brace, Have used the same type of setup for years for running in and retesting engines after work.
