Sorry for digging up an old thread, but info on this old model (original Protos) is getting thin!!

I'm a newbie at RC nitro buggies and I after some struggling, I got my Protos running a couple times.


I think its mostly ok after a lot of adjustments, but I am having trouble with braking power.


Is there a mod or fix for this? I read earlier in this thread that I may need a stronger braking servo...

Should I go for this? Can anyone link me to a suitable replacement? Or is there another fix or mod to improve braking?
