If that is a 20C lipo, then a KEDA 2834/12 (1550Kv) would work well with a 9x5 GWS HD (a 9x4.7SF prop won't cope with the rpm!). My tests show that with a 9x5 GWS HD this motor with a monster pack (TP 3s2p 4200!) draws 28.40A/308W and gets you 52.6oz thrust @ 53mph... with a smaller and thus more appropriate pack I'd say 25A and 45oz.
