not a bug but similar, a friend of mine was filming a RC biplane with his RC helicopter.
The camera was mounted to look sideways so the two pilots were simply flying in formation side by side.
Anyway, in order to produce the best quality film, they pushed the limits of formation flying getting closer and closer until the inevitable happened.
Apparently, a gust of wind, loss of control, loss of orientation, dumb thumbs or whatever happened, and the heli and biplane collided midair, side by side.

Heres the crazy part, the top biplane wing got caught inbetween the helicopter skid and mainframe, and was ripped off by the sudden breakaway from the formation.

The biplane landed intact using the lower wing on one side and both wings on the other.
The Heli landed intact still with the biplane wing stuck inbetween the skid and mainframe.

In the interests of the forum, I will try and post a picture from this event, next time i see my freind.
