The sherman was produced in a dizzying array of variations. Once you decide on a particular version and time frame to depict it in, then we can better assist you with which one to choose. The HVSS as replicated by the Tamiya tank was not as common and would only be historically accurate in the fall of '44 to the end of the war in ETO and later in Korea.

The Mato Mart Sherman first entered combat in June '44 and fought through to the end as well. Many were used to equip our Allies and postwar more then a few found their way into the IDF.
